I am blessed to look out over the North Sea everyday and watch both moon and sun rise up from the horizon. Never are there two the same, and I find them endlessly mesmerising. Perhaps this is why it found its way into a work that began life as an observational study of local geology? The sun seeps into my very being and colours all my days.
